Easy Maintenance Solutions, Inc. endeavors to supply Petroleum Convenience Retail Sites with the highest quality of maintenance available. We offer full-site maintenance with over 30 years of experience in the Petroleum Convenience Retail field.

Rocky Pacini

With over 19 years in the maintenance field, Rocky had dedicated himself to providing quality services to Petroleum Convenience Retail customers.

As President, Rocky oversees all facets of Easy Maintenance Solutions, Inc.’s business operations along with providing technical field services. His experience was gained from a multitude of venues that include Jack in the Box, Chief Auto Parts, AutoZone, and ARCO/BP.

Says Rocky, “Our customers look to us to help them with their business expenses by keeping their equipment running 24/7 at the lowest possible cost.  Our commitment to cost control and preventative maintenance is paramount.”

Terry Watkins
Co-Founder, Vice-President

With over 5 years of Petroleum Retail Site Manager experience as well as another 8 years of experience as a field maintenance technician, Terry is well qualified to provide all aspects of site operations and service.

Terry brings unique skills to the site level in the form of shrink detection and cost management.  His experience is an instrumental asset to site owners.

Says Terry, “My goal is to continuously build Partnerships in Maintenance by providing reliable, cost effective service with customer satisfaction as most important.”
